1. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends, holidays and Mondays as our shop is closed on Mondays) after receiving payment confirmation.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times are provided by carriers and may vary depending on your location.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control.
3. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any country outside the USA
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Gunline Shooting is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
- If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist you in this process when possible.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Gunline Shooting. If you are not completely happy, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products)
- Gift cards
- Digital products or downloadable software
- Clearance or final sale items
3. Return Process
- Contact us at info@gunlineshooting.com to request a return authorization.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (minus shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee) within 30 days.
5. Exchanges

6. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund after approval, first check your bank or payment provider.
